“Parent-teacher communication” refers to an interactive activity where parents and teachers come together to foster children’s positive development and effective learning, while also working to coordinate their attitudes in order to achieve a more consistent approach. As the number of children per family in Taiwan is currently on the decrease, parents’ concerns for their children is on the rise, as well as the standard for their children’s academics. It is crucial that both families and schools take responsibility for children’s education, therefore, parent-teacher communication in the school setting is more important now than ever.
